Return & Refund Policy
Our products are handcrafted and made to order. Because of the custom production process, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include photos of the issue so we can evaluate it quickly and provide a solution.
Once the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following:
• A replacement item
• A partial refund
• A full refund depending on the situation
Returns
If a return is approved, items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once the original issue has been resolved.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
