Our products are handcrafted and made to order. Because of the custom production process, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue so we can review it quickly.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• Replacement of the damaged item
• Partial or full refund depending on the situation
Lost Packages
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
