How long does it take to receive my order?
Most pieces are produced in 2 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 7 business days after production.

Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Duties and import fees are included, so there are no extra customs charges on delivery.

Are the maps ready to hang?
Yes. Our wooden state maps are designed to arrive ready to hang with simple installation.

Are the maps made from real wood?
Yes. Our maps are made from layered wood and finished by hand. Natural wood products use selected real wood surfaces with no painted color layer.

Can I request a custom design?
Some custom requests may be possible depending on the state, design, and production requirements. Please contact us before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or has missing parts?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We’ll review the issue and help with a replacement or solution.

Can I return my order?
Because our products are handmade and made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
